Respected loi / Maam, I hope you are ensuring the wearing of Mask, following Physical Distancing and maintaining of Hand Hygiene in your office functioning on regular basis.

  As you are aware, 26 November is celebrated as Constitution Day to commemorate the adoption of Constitution of India.

  Every year, as part of celebrations a number of activities aimed at highlighting and reiterating the values ​​and principles enshrined in the Constitution are organized.  

In this regard, Hon'ble Prime Minister will be reading the Preamble at 11:00 AM on 26th November, 2020.

  2.  In this connection, it would be grateful if you may conduct Reading of Preamble at 11:00 AM alongwith Hon'ble Prime Minister in offices under your jurisdiction duly following Covid protocols,

 3.  In this regard other activities including Talks / Webinar etc on constitution values ​​and fundamental principles of the Indian Constitution may also be organized.  While doing so it may be ensured that guidelines issued in the wake of COVID 19 pandemic are adhered to

 4.  I would like to request you to issue necessary instructions to schools to ensure the maximum participation of students and other stakeholders with strictly following COVID 19 protocols. 

 5.  You are also requested to furnish the action taken report and share some good quality photographs to this Department via Google tracker link given below to be filled at State level only.
